the benefit Of the 8-Week Ski and Snowboard Program
Starting January 4th, 2025, we will be launching the second season of our 8-week program!
Nordic Valley saw the demand for this program after many students continually returned for weekend lessons. Those looking to improve their skills in a single season will benefit from having a consistent instructor who knows their progress from the previous week. This enables instructors to focus on smaller groups and provide a more tailored skill progression each week from January to February. Please note that no lessons for the 8-week program will be held on Presidents and Martin Luther King Jr. weekends.
Mountain Viking 8-Week Program

Your Power Kid gets unlimited FREE skiing at your favorite Power Pass mountains! But the good news doesn’t stop there! Your little ripper will also get unlimited FREE mountain biking at every Power Pass bike park, too! Wahoo!
8-Week Program Frequently Asked Questions
Important Information
- We suggest arriving at least an hour before your lesson start time. Traffic and variable road conditions may exist.
- Check-in for your lesson is 30 minutes before your lesson start time. Upon arrival, please head straight to the ski school check-in at the base of Cub – the magic carpet.
- Students can be moved to a lower or higher level class based on starting ability level and progression throughout the program.
Make-Up Lesson
Classes will not be held on MLK and Presidents Day Weekends (January 14,15 and February 18,19).
ONLY 1 make-up lesson will be provided on a TBD date if you missed a class.
Reservation Policy
Lessons must be booked online. Email [email protected] with any questions.
*All lessons should be purchased online and in advance. Day of lessons will not be available for purchase upon arrival. All lessons are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Purchases are non-refundable after 48 hours of the purchase. Following 48 hours, these purchases can be exchanged for mountain credit (which can be used for any reschedules) through our online portal until 11:59 MST on the date prior to your arrival.
